Terms of Service

StableOS is a product of Biddwell Technology Inc., doing business as Stable (“we”). StableOS is in an invite-only pilot. These terms govern use of the platform; if your organization has a signed agreement or order form with us, that agreement governs wherever the two differ.

Use StableOS only with an invitation, only for your organization’s business, and keep your credentials to yourself. Your organization’s administrators control who holds a seat and what workspace data is connected.

Content your organization brings to or creates in StableOS — CRM records, communications, recordings, lists, notes — belongs to your organization. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on it, as described in the Privacy Policy, and nothing more.

• Comply with the laws that apply to your outreach — including consent to record calls and meetings, anti-spam and do-not-call rules.
• You are responsible for your own compliance with the terms of third-party services you use alongside StableOS (your CRM, your email provider, networks such as LinkedIn).
• No attempting to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no reselling access, and no using the platform to harass anyone.

AI features produce drafts, summaries, scores and suggestions. Review them before you rely on them or send them — you (not the model) are the author of what you send.

Paid plans, seats and usage credits are as described in your plan or order form. Metered actions (for example contact-data reveals) are priced before you confirm them in the product.

During the pilot the service is provided “as is”: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Your organization can stop using the service at any time; we can suspend access that breaks these terms. We may update these terms as the pilot evolves and will note the effective date here, announcing material changes to customers directly. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
